ABOUT ME & MY TEAM !

My name is Jon Bayani, also known as ‘JB’ by most of my clients. I am a very caring, hard-working and driven individual who is truly passionate about my work and agency. My whole life I have been surrounded by family who are mostly Registered Nurses, but I decided to take a different path and focus on providing help and care for Elders. I have a very close and genuine relationship with parents and grandparents which motivates me in this field because I know I would want the best care for them once the time comes that they need care. I have been in this business for since 2018 and it has been a blessing to be able to provide care for Elders and help give peace of mind to families. I dedicate myself to continuous improvement in everything I do and make sure that I am able to provide the best Aide and the best care for every client and family.

We pride ourselves in giving the utmost authentic and genuine care to our clients. We actively engage with our clients and their families to ensure their voices, values and preferences are reflected in our plan of care. More importantly, WE GIVE CARE BECAUSE WE DO CARE!
